From the Throgs Neck Bridge: (~ 1 hour)

  1. When approaching end of Throgs Neck Bridge, bear right onto ramp for Cross Island Parkway South.
  2. Take Cross Island Parkway South to exit for Long Island Expressway (I-495) East (approximately 3 miles).
  3. Take Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to the exit for Northern State Parkway East (Exit 42).
  4. Take Northern State Parkway East to end.
  5. The end of the Northern State Parkway feeds you onto Route 347/454. Stay on this road.
  6. After approximately 3 miles, Route 347/454 will split. Bear left, staying on Route 347 East.
  7. Continue on Route 347 for approximately 4 miles. Look for Taco Bell on your right and King O'Rourke Cadillac on your left. When you see these landmarks, you'll be at the intersection of Route 347 and Southern Blvd. Lake Avenue is the next intersection and traffic light beyond Southern Blvd. Get in the left lane.
  8. Turn left onto Lake Avenue South.
  9. Go north approximately 2/10 mile.
  10. Turn left into parking lot at 110 Lake Avenue South. We are Suite 35. The entrance to our office faces the walkway between the front two buildings.

From JFK International Airport: (~ 1 hour)

  1. Exit JFK to Belt Parkway East.
  2. Stay on Belt Parkway as you cross into Nassau County and parkway curves to the left; DON'T get off at the Sunrise Highway exit.
  3. Continue on Parkway to SPLIT. Bear left at the split onto Southern State Parkway.
  4. Take Southern State Parkway East for ~ 30 miles to Exit 41A onto Sagtikos Parkway North. (Exit 41A is a LEFT LANE exit).
  5. Continue North on Sagtikos to Northern State Parkway East (Northern State Parkway exits are just north of the exits for the Long Island Expressway (I-495); move into your right-hand lane once you cross the Expressway).
  6. Take Northern State Parkway East to end.
  7. The end of the Northern State Parkway feeds you onto Route 347/454. Stay on this road.
  8. After approximately 3 miles, Route 347/454 will split. Bear left, staying on Route 347 East.
  9. Continue on Route 347 for approximately 4 miles. Look for Taco Bell on your right and King O'Rourke Cadillac on your left. From Long Island MacArthur Airport (Islip) (~ 30 minutes)

  1. Go West on Arrival Avenue (in the airport). Arrival Avenue becomes Johnson Avenue.
  2. Turn right onto Route 454 West (Veterans Memorial Highway).
  3. Travel approximately 7 miles, then turn right onto Route 347 East (Nesconset Highway).
  4. Continue on Route 347 for approximately 3.6 miles.
  5. Turn left onto Lake Avenue South.
  6. Go north approximately 2/10 mile.
  7. Turn left into parking lot at 110 Lake Avenue South. We are Suite 35. The entrance to our office faces the walkway between the front two buildings.

From Bridgeport/Port Jefferson Ferry (~ 20 minutes)

  1. From the ferry parking lot, get onto Route 25A (Main Street).
  2. Main Street becomes Route 112 (Patchogue Road).
  3. Continue on Route 112 half a mile to the intersection of Route 112 and Route 347 (Nesconset Highway).
  4. Turn right onto Route 347 West.
  5. Continue West on Route 347 past Smithhaven Mall, which will be on your left (approx. 7 miles).
  6. After you cross the intersection of Route 347 with Route 25 (Middle Country Road), move into the right lane of Rt. 347.
  7. Watch for Gibbs Pond Road on your right. Lake Avenue South will be the next right-hand turn.
  8. Turn right onto Lake Avenue South.
  9. Go north approximately 2/10 mile.
  10. Turn left into parking lot at 110 Lake Avenue South. We are Suite 35. The entrance to our office faces the walkway between the front two buildings.

From New London/Orient Point Ferry (~1.5 hours - 55 miles)

  1. Go Southwest on Main Road (Route 25).
  2. Turn right onto Main Road (County Road 48) and follow CR-48 West.
  3. Stay straight to go onto Sound Avenue.
  4. Continue West on Sound Avenue, which becomes Route 25A West.
  5. Continue on Route 25A West, which becomes Route 347 West (Nesconset Highway).
  6. Continue West on Route 347 past Smithhaven Mall, which will be on your left (approx. 8 miles).
  7. After you cross the intersection of Route 347 with Route 25 (Middle Country Road), move into your right lane.
  8. Watch for Gibbs Pond Road on your right. Lake Avenue South will be the next right-hand turn.
  9. Turn right onto Lake Avenue South.
  10. Go north approximately 2/10 mile.
